New Filter Type – Is Auto-Reply

Auto-reply emails can be unnecessary hassles for processing. With new Auto-reply filter, users can automatically detect if incoming email is an autoreply. Any incoming email (sent via Gmail or Microsoft Outlook) which is auto-reply should be qualify for this filter.  

Note: This is a pilot feature. Please use appropriate caution while using this before it becomes generally available. So far, this feature has been tested with auto-replied emails from Gmail and Microsoft Outlook and conforms to email header standards for autoreply notifications. If there are any issues, please raise a support ticket 

Steps to use Auto-Reply filter

  1. Create a new email filter for an existing Email Parser. 
  1. Select Source as Special flag in the Source field and select Operation field as Is auto-reply
