Email Parser Actions section
- Click on ‘New‘ to create a new Email Parser Action.
- Enter the name as ‘platform event Payment Transaction’ and select ‘Create Record’ in the ‘Type’ section.
- Afterwards fill ‘Payment_Transaction_e’ in the ‘Object Type’ field and finally click on ‘Save’ button.
Notes: Firstly, create a platform event then use that object’s API in the Action Configuration field name as ‘Object Type’.
- Click on the created Email Parser Action to open the record layout.
- Click on the ‘Build’ button on the top right corner and fill ‘Target Entity’ as ‘Payment Transaction’ in the Mapping Editor form and then map the field parser with the existing field of an object.
- Finally click on ‘Save’ button.
